Tree Tops, Old Hill, Ashbourne, Derbyshire

  • Fairfield acquired a plot of land on Old Hill in Ashbourne in Sep-24 which previously had planning for three apartments

  • After working with our architect and planning consultant we obtained full planning permission for our Tree Tops development which is a boutique collection of two 2 bedroom semi detached properties

  • We sold the land to a local developer in Dec-25

  • Fairfield acquired this one bedroom first floor apartment with partial estuary views in Aug-22

  • It was subjected to a full refurbishment with new kitchen and bathroom and then opened as a holiday let

  • Property was sold in Dec-25 as our strategic focus is now solely on the Cotswold holiday let market where we continue to invest and grow
